Environmentally sealed one-coil system High Power Relays for exacting requirements in Defence, Aerospace, Truck and Construction Vehicle applications.
The relay generates high contact pressure with the result of high performance on shock and vibration strength and low contact voltage drop. The compact design and minimized coil power are also important features. The robust design of our High Power Relays ensures a sealing rate of IP67 and IP6K9K (steam pressure cleaning) in accordance with IEC 60529 and DIN 40050-9.
Relays from this series are available in the following continuous current ranges: 50 / 100 / 200 / 300 / 500 / 1000 Amps.
Environmentally sealed bistable Power Relays for exacting requirements in various applications in areas of Defence, Aerospace, Trucks, Railway, Construction machinery, Ground support and Lift trucks.
With the special magnetic circuit comparable parameters to our dual coil system Power Relays with identical ratings can be achieved. In particular high shock and vibration characteristics and low contact voltage drop. The permanent magnetic holding of contact state requires no power, which could result into additional power loss.
The robust design of our bistable Power Relays ensures a sealing rate of IP67 and IP6K9K (steam pressure cleaning) in accordance with IEC 60529 and DIN 40050-9.
Relays from this series are available in the following continuous current ranges: 75, 120, 200, 300, 500 and 1000 Amps.
The 28.99 and 30.99 series are environmentally sealed power relays with mono and bi-stable drive technology integrating an evaluation system for the individual requirements of current monitoring. The basis of the type 28.99 is a dual-coil monostable relay with a separate pickup and holding coil. This system generates a high contact pressure with the benefit of having a low contact voltage drop and a low holding current. The basis of the type 30.99 is a bistable power relay with a dual coil system and a permanent magnetic holding of the contact state which requires no additional holding energy. The relay control, main-contact monitoring, current sensing and other control functions are supervised by the integrated electronics.
The additional electronics enables:
• Automatic relay shutdown when over-current is detected in the main circuit (Load circuit)
• Free programmable analog OUTPUT
• Free programmable over-current cut off thresholds
• Possibility of using a conventional simulation of melting fuse characteristics
• Relay switching on and off by a control input
• Optional control input for starter to “hide” transient current spikes during the start procedure
• Safety release by low voltage, and over-temperature shutdown feasible
• Output of a status signal to indicate the operating status
• Signal and control input via cable and connectors
• Short-circuit-proof and integrated polarity protection
Our manually operated battery disconnectors range from 200 A to 500 A and meet the most demanding requirements in all vehicle applications. The nominal current ratings refer to continuous DC current at up to 100% duty cycle and the switches are built to switch under full load and can handle up to 5 times the continuous current level for up to 10 seconds as overload current. All Series 35 battery disconnectors are sealed with a technology that meets or exceeds the IP 67 and IP6K9K (steam cleaning) standards and the switches are designed to operate at temperatures between -40°C and +85°C.
Options include single or dual pole configurations, various mounting and locking (security) alternatives as well as different shapes and colors of the operating handles.
Our Push Button Switch (TS) is available in reliable KISSLING quality in 1-pole and 2-pole version with change-over function. These switch types are suited for various mounting conditions and thus meet your individual requirements. The push button itself is available in various colours, with symbols and also in an illuminated version.
The push button switch is especially characterized by its seal level IP67 & IP6K9K as well as its high shock and vibration resistance. For this reason, it is highly suitable for performance under demanding environmental conditions.

KISSLING is traditionally seen as a pioneer for technical innovation and development of unconventional switching solutions. Our core competence lies in the development of special customized solutions for applications where standard products exceed their limits.
After carefully analyzing the specific application (and this analysis can be performed together with you on-site if appropriate), we can propose an optimal solution that is both cost effective and entirely meets your requirements.
KISSLING maintains a high degree of verticle integration in the manufacturing process and close interaction between manufacturing and engineering. This gives us the ability to model, prototype, tool and test in-house with the latest technology - and ultimately provide our customers with rapid results combined with reliable quality.
From rapid prototype and early sample manufacturing - to series production:
KISSLING organizes not just the product development, but also the accomanying and provides assistance with any necessary accompanying and appropriate audits and certifications. Our superior internal requirements are set in accordance with the standards of various manufacturing and industrial standards, e.g. DIN EN ISO 9001, AS9100, MIL-R-6106, ISO/TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001.
KISSLING - CLOSE TO THE CLIENTS – RAPID IMPLEMENTATION
Using our modern laboratory test equipment, we can guide you through:
Shock and vibration / climate and temperature/combination of shock, vibration, temperature and climate / sealing
Mechanical life I Electrical life
